Up to 2000, the project  was continuously developing: second and third buildings were constructed. Since then, IBC Neptun has been successfully operating as part of holding Joint Stock Company Rubin (JSC «Rubin»).

 

Joint Stock Company «Rubin» (JSC «Rubin») was established in 1992 by the employees of Central Design Bureau of Marine Engineering «Rubin» (CDB ME «Rubin»), one of the leadingdefense shipbuilding companies: CDB ME Rubin was founded in 1901 and is inseparably linked with the history of the national underwater shipbuilding. Over 950 submarines of various classes and functions were built  to   CDB ME «Rubin» designs.

 

At present, bisiness priority of JSC Rubin is to develop and manage commercial properties aswell as to arrange their operation.
