The office spaces of the IBC "Neptun" are located in buildings "А" "В" and "С".

The layout of the building "А" is made as so-called ‘block design’ when an office space includes a number of auxiliary rooms, viz. office room proper, equipped kitchen, shower block with WC and several store rooms. The office room is a large room that can be divided into a number of separate rooms by partitions as desired by a tenant. The height of office rooms is 3.9 m. Besides, all office rooms are equipped with conditioners.

The building "В" has a corridor system of office location. The offices are rooms which doors open to a common corridor. This layout allows the tenants to plan flexibly sizes of a rented office and change the area of rented office according to current needs. Furthermore for big companies with a numerous staff it is very convenient to have a large number of isolated rooms.
Besides, the offices on the 2nd floor and offices on the 3d to 5th floors have different ceiling height: 2.5 m and 3.9 m respectively (if a tenant intends to change an office interior considerably, then the high ceiling will give him freedom for designer’s solutions).

The building "С" has so-called "open layout" – the most modern option of office arrangement. The floor space is divided by conventional partitions. It is supposed that the tenant will make his own plan of his office.
